Within two business days of receiving your order (excluding holidays), a representative will contact you by phone or text message to confirm your order.
This is not a DIY product. There is no floor delivery fee for floors 1–4; for floors 5 and above, an additional NT$200 will be charged per floor. No return service is provided.
Delivery Area: Mainland Taiwan only; orders from outlying islands are not accepted. Due to factors such as special geographical constraints (mountainous areas, townships, towns, and villages), narrow staircases, or the inability to carry items upstairs, delivery may not be possible. Our company reserves the right to refuse shipment.
Delivery of large furniture is challenging and may take 7 to 14 business days. The logistics company will contact you to confirm the delivery time prior to delivery.
For all areas of Hualien (excluding Hualien City), all areas of Taitung, all areas of Pingtung (excluding Pingtung City), and certain remote (mountainous) regions, additional shipping fees will apply. Due to fewer delivery runs, delivery may take approximately 10–20 business days. Remote areas are determined by the logistics company. (You may place your order first; a representative will provide a quote later.)
To ensure the safety of delivery personnel, the seller does not provide lifting services. If a crane or other lifting equipment is required for delivery, the buyer is responsible for covering the associated costs.
Due to the assembly and delivery requirements of large furniture, these items are not standard express delivery products. Specific delivery times cannot be scheduled. The driver will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm the arrival time, so you do not have to wait at home all day, thereby saving your valuable time.
We do not offer furniture removal services. If you need to dispose of furniture, please contact your local sanitation department. The toll-free disposal hotline is 0800-085-717.
